40STD series of (with heat recovery) flooded-type water source heat pump units is an energy saving central air conditioner with high energy efficiency, which is produced by Stars(Guangzhou)Refrigeration Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for the utilization of water resources. The maximum energy efficiency ratio can reach 6.2, which can greatly reduce the operating cost.. The unit has 40 standard specifications, the cooling range is 478kw-3754kw, the heating range is 517kw-4006kw, the minimum water temperature of the frozen water is 5ºC, the maximum water temperature of the hot water is 60ºC. Products are suitable for industrial and commercial establishments with heating and cooling needs.

1. High efficiency and energy saving
∧The design of the unit is flooded type, and the running energy efficiency (COP) can reach 6.2, which is lower than that of the dry-type products of the same kind by 15%-25%
∧The unit matches the twin screw compressor, the high efficiency heat exchanger and the electronic expansion valve produced by our factory. The four parts are perfectly matched, and the energy efficiency of the whole machine reaches the national first class energy saving standard
∧The unit can be equipped with a self owned heat recovery device. Under the condition of air conditioning, the amount of heat that can be recovered is more than 30% of the refrigerating capacity or the total heat recovery is achieved.
∧Heat recovery not only does not consume energy, but also increases the efficiency of the whole unit by 5%.
2. Reliable operation
∧The unit has 8 kinds of safety protection measures to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
∧The unit is equipped with a star patent combination ejector, equipped with single and double loop design to meet customers' different choices. When a single compressor in the dual circuit configuration unit fails, another compressor can still operate normally without affecting customer use.
∧All units are tested by the safety testing system 100% before they leave the factory to ensure that the unit performance is in line with the enterprise standard.
3, intelligent control
∧The unit is controlled by microcomputer and can be operated by centralized management system. The unit can be equipped with remote management program, feedback system operation information and remote service.
4, easy to install and maintain
∧The unit has been filled with refrigerant and lubricating oil before leaving the plant, and the customer can operate only by connecting the inlet, outlet pipe and power supply.
∧The control interface directly displays the fault contents, so as to facilitate timely understanding of faults and eliminate them.
5. Special design
∧The unit can flexibly design the dimensions according to the condition of the engine room, and it can be separated from factory and assembled on site.
∧A variety of refrigerant options, the unit can provide R134a, R22 and other refrigerant media.
