The 40STD series (with heat recovery)screw type water source heat pump units is a series of products made for the use of water resources,the units have 47 kinds of standards specifications,The unit has 47 standard specifications, the cooling range is 108kW-3587kW, the heating range is 130kW-4149kW, the minimum water temperature of the frozen water is 5ºC, the highest water temperature of the hot water is 50ºC.the unit uses a double screw compressor to match the high efficiency condenser and evaporator and the inlet valve of the HSTARS production. The four components are perfectly matched,The unit is suitable for industrial and commercial trial with the demand of heating and cooling.the units require to switched the water loop.

1. High efficiency
∧the unit uses a special scroll compressor to match the high efficiency condenser and evaporator and the inlet valve of the HSTARS production. The four components are perfectly matched, and the energy efficiency of the whole machine reaches 6.0.
∧The unit is equipped with a HSTARS patent heat recovery device. Under the condition of air conditioning, the amount of heat that can be recovered is 30% of the refrigerating capacity, and the highest water temperature of the hot water can reach 70ºC Celsius.
∧When the heat is recovered, the overall efficiency of the unit can be increased by 5%.
2. Reliable operation
∧The unit has 7 kinds of safety protection measures to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
∧The unit is designed for independent circuit and independent compressor. When a single compressor fails, another compressor can still run normally without affecting customer use.
∧All units are tested through the national safety inspection system before they leave the factory to ensure that the unit performance meets the national standards.
3. Intelligent management
∧The unit adopts microcomputer touch control system, which provides the most simple and thoughtful operation interface and timely feedback various maintenance information.
∧The unit control system can connect to the user central control system, and customers can understand the operation of the unit at all times.

∧The unit has been filled with refrigerant and lubricating oil before leaving the plant, and the customer can operate only by connecting the inlet, outlet pipe and power supply.
∧The control interface directly displays the fault contents, so as to facilitate timely understanding of faults and eliminate them.

∧The unit can flexibly design the dimensions according to the condition of the engine room, and it can be separated from factory and assembled on site.
